Why BioErgo?

Muscle-based ergonomics. Big data insights. Enterprise scalability.

Simplified Ergonomic Evaluations

Wearable technology-enabled data collection process provides companies with a practical tool to conduct ergonomic assessments on their own.

Objective Measurements

Garments embedded with sensors recover previously “hidden” sub-threshold data to directly quantify job demands at the musculoskeletal level.

Big Data Insights

Analyze millions of data points per testing session using evidence-based clinical algorithms to reach reliable injury-risk conclusions.

Consistent Results

Accurately repeat risk assessments for continuous process improvement with testing procedures specifically designed to limit inter-observer variability.

Scalable Solutions

Capture cumulative trauma risk while workers perform their normal job duties in as little as 30 minutes.
